We offer nationally recognised training through the completion of full qualifications, partial qualifications and short courses. We cover a range of areas and industries including Early Childhood Education and Care, School Age Education and Care, Education Support, Child Protection, Ageing, Disability, Individual Support, Infection Control, Leadership and Management, Business, First Aid and CPR.
We offer a wide variety of professional development opportunities and workshops. Our PD is driven by our industry partners and planned in partnership with their needs. This means that our workshops can be tailored to suit the individual needs of your business. Some of our previous professional development topics include mentor skills, customer engagement, marketing and social media, managing workplace learning programs and caring for the carer to name a few!

We believe the best results are achieved through working collaboratively with industry, businesses and individuals to develop, deliver and achieve successful and meaningful learning programs.
Our dedicated Student Mentors are available to work with learners and employers to encourage, support and motivate. Student Mentors are available via phone, email, video or face-to-face by appointment.
Our resources are developed in-house through consultation with industry professionals. This means we can be responsive to changes in industry. We also offer contextualisation and can embed your organisational policies and procedures directly into workbooks.
Learners are supported by our industry qualified and experienced trainers and mentors as well as our support staff who have extensive experience in the VET industry. Our entire team is driven and passionate about skilling for a better future.
We pride ourselves on our easy and efficient processes including enquiry, enrolment, work placement, appeals and completion. Our virtual and workplace visits are planned and communicated in advance to ensure minimal disruption to daily work routines.
We maintain regular contact throughout the learning journey to ensure that both the learner and employer are supported. We believe in prompt, transparent and informative communication and strive to achieve this in all of our interactions.

2008 DELTA BUSINESS AWARDS
Over 150 businesses attended an Award Ceremony at Kooindah Waters Golf Resort (Central Coast NSW) on Friday 17th October 2008.
KARBEN Training Solutions was recognised and won the runners up award for “Excellence in Training & Development”.
