HLTAID011 Provide First Aid

This course was previously known as Senior First Aid, Level 2 First Aid, Apply First Aid and HLTAID003 Provide first aid

• All learning and assessment completed during class
• Includes CPR demonstrations on adult, child and infant manikins
• Includes the use of a pocket mask
• This training is suitable for all persons who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings
• This training has a 3 year validity

Award Certification Issued

Upon successful completion, students will be issued with a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for

• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
• HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support
• HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

You will receive your award on the day if you are deemed competent and have paid your course enrolment fee in full.

HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting

This course was previously known as HLTAID004 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting

• 1 day course
• All learning and assessment completed during class
• Includes CPR demonstrations on adult, child and infant manikins
• Includes the use of a pocket mask
• This training is suitable for all people who work in an education and care setting such as preschools, kindergartens, long day care services, vacation care services and family day care services
• This training satisfies the ACECQA requirements for First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and the unit of competency is listed on the NQF approved list
• This training has a 3 year validity

Award Certification Issued
